wiring harness

    how do you run the wiring harness into your cab? I have never hooked up a plow to a truck before and need some help!
    1996 Chevy K1500

    In many case's you need to drill a hole through the firewall and install a grommet. On your '96 you can drill one near where the throttle cable goes through.. usually a 1" hole is enough..

    Be sure to check for obstructions on the inside to be sure nothing is mounted in the way...

    thanks B&B I just did'nt know where the sweet spot was
