wire broke!

    Hey guys, got a question on the wiring harness. I hooked up my plow today to move it around. well one of the wires were broke on the truck side grill connector. question is do i have to buy a whole new harness or is there some way you can buy a new plug an wire it.

    the wire broke right at the plug. there is not enough wire there to get a conection.

    They sell a replacement end kit. Have to go up the harness a little and cut and splice the new end into the old harnensess, comes with shrink connectors on the wire ends.
  5. Why not just put an anderson connector there then never worry about it.

    you wont get 9 pins in an anderson connector.

    Thanks crash!! They do make a replcement end kit.picked one up at fisher. kinda expensive but i liked the way it all went together. best way to go i think..
