I would like to start by introducing myself. I am John Moorhead and grew up in West Michigan (Greenville). I am also a co-owner of Click Plow LLC. I want to take a few moments to do some explaining so our drivers and customers can get a better understanding of what we are trying to do and how we will accomplish this.

    Snow Removal Experts/Plow Drivers:

What: We are starting this new innovative service in order to help plow drivers get more work done in the shortest amount of time. We also want to deliver these jobs directly to you, so you don't have to spend time and money obtaining new work. This can be done in addition to the customers you already service. There is no obligation and you are free to leave at anytime. In fact if you need an hour or 2 during the workday you are free to "clock out" and resume at your convenience.

How: You are probably wondering how you are going to get work once you sign up with us at Click Plow. Quite simply we've devised a system in order to dispatch you jobs based on your geographic location. Simply put the closer you are the better your chances at obtaining a job in particular. The jobs are delivered directly to your mobile device by our dispatch team. You then have the ability to "accept" or "decline" a job. If you choose to accept the job it goes into your "que" and when you've completed the previous job you can even get GPS turn-by-turn directions to the next job. This will save you paperwork and keep you on track as you make your rounds.

Who: We are looking for Drivers in all areas. While we are launching this service in West Michigan we will be expanding as quickly as possible. As soon as we have a certain number of drivers in a particular "Zip Code" we will add that area to our coverage map and orders can be taken immediately. We've created a system in which we can rapidly expand once we've made sure everything is working smoothly. There is no minimum requirements. It doesn't matter if you are a one man operation or have a fleet of plow drivers. We can get you more jobs regardless.

Why: We have created this system as a way to help customers connect with available, qualified and trained snow removal experts. We also realize its hard for small companies to start snow removal without spending money on advertising. Advertising dollars that could be going twords other things such as maintenence of equipment, upgrades, or even bills in general. It takes time for most snow removal experts to get established within an area. This is why we've decided to take on the task of advertising on the behalf of all our snow removal experts and allow them to do what they do best, remove snow!

    • All jobs are sent to you by us – No more advertising!
    • Your GPS enabled device automatically routes you to your next customer.
    • No paperwork or customer contact required.
    • All jobs are prepaid.
    • No commitment required!
    • Make more money!

You might be saying to yourself this sounds too good to be true. It's not. Until recently most of this technology didn't exist. We've taken technology from several sources and pooled them together to create a unique and easy to use experience for both the customers and our snow removal experts. In fact ordering our service is as easy as 1-2-3. Only 3 pages until the order process is complete.

    Ordering from A-Z:

    Customer does the following:

Step 1: Check Availability (enter in your zip code), click the "check" button. If our service is available continue, if not please check back later.

Step 2: Determine what services are required. Just check the size driveway you have(sizing chart available by just mousing over the question mark), add any additional services you may require and click the big "Proceed to Step 3" button.

Step 3: Enter in your billing and plowing details and choose payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal, etc) and click the big "Plow" button.

There it is. That's also the reason for our name. The final step is the customer clicking "Plow" and then the order is in our system and ready to be dispatched.

We then dispatch the order to one of our snow removal experts and this is what happens on their end:

Step 1: Log on to our dispatch software. Wait until jobs come in.

Step 2: When a job is presented you click "accept" or "decline"

Step 3: If accepted the job goes into your job que. Click the directions button and it will guide you to the job.

Step 4: Plow the driveway, if necessary do that additional services and mark the job as complete.

Step 5: Repeat as desired. Log out when you are done for the day so you no longer appear on our dispatch software.

Step 6: Get paid, we will send you a check in the mail or directly deposit the funds into your checking account.

It sounds like alot of steps but its really very quick and easy. I broke the job down into more parts so they'd be easily digestible.

If you have ANY questions please feel free to contact us. We will be glad to help.

We will also start a new thread so we can answer your questions and comments as they come in. Thank you very much for your time and consideration!
