Who to talk to

    So say that there is a 12 store shopping center that you want to put a bid on, how do you figure out who to talk to? I'm pretty sure all the stores don't deal with it, so are you looking for the "landlord" of the shopping center (person or company that the stores pay rent too?) Once again Thanks!!!

    Walk in one and ask who contracts for grounds maintenance.

    Look to see if there is space available for rent. Call that # and you should have the right guy. The landlord.

    Call a real estate company. They will know who owns the property.
