I have a older western plow it has the Cable activated isarmatic mark IIIa system.

The problem I am having is that is whining when turning and lifting plow.It works but makes a lot of noise.Changed the fluid, could the motor be going bad? Also has new battery on truck. Is this normal.

    Thanks

Is it a plastic plug on the motor uses a phillips head to remove?
