which one first

    got a customer for 3 years every thing smooth got a new customer willing to pay more but both wants to be first on list?

    not really the prob but got 8 houses in between not going to run all over the town

    They don't need to know that. Most of the time you won't even see them.

    Grandview is right, I never see my clients. Maybe once or twice a season.

    Rotate them back and forth. Start one way then the other.

    Well what are these places? 24 hr gas stations or businesses that open at 8AM? Makes a huge difference. Just use common sense.

    You can try your best but, you'll never, ever make everyone happy at the same time.

    If one really wants to be put up on the list maybe tell them pay more and then tell the next guy you'll cut him a little discount from the up charge of the first guy. Dunno ... We try to rotate, balance opening hours and staff .... and still sometimes that she devil pounds her mystic snow upon us at the worse times.
