Call the dealer and ask if the manufacturer runs any specials before the season starts.

I'll call some dealers tomorrow. i know it's not the most popular plow but it hadn't given me a problem in almost 10 years. At least until I got in an accident with it.

$400 off. Don't seem like a lot off. And that's cash. $4600 out the door

For what plow? $4600 for a 8.5 vf is a great deal. $4600 for a 7.5 homeowner, not so much...

Still don't know what 7 1.2' plow was quoted- For $4600 you could easily get a complete Snowdogg HD 7 1/2' and for less go with an 8' MD

Look at Central Parts Warehouse- great prices 7 1/2' $3700 and the 8' is $3750. I'm sure you have on the truck ready to go under $4600 even locally...

    Snowdoggs are great plows....

$4600 for a 7.5 doesn't sound like a great deal. I'd wait another month or so. May be willing to drop more if you wave the cash under his nose.

Ebay has 7.5 steel for $4050 complete

Look in the used section on this site today for the 9.5 V Hiniker. Seems like a good deal...
