when do you replace your cutting edge

    When do you guys usually replace your cutting edge on your plows, I have a little over 4 inches from top to bottom of cutting edge and thinking I may need to replace pretty soon. I have a v plow

    Usually when the corners get worn and show daylight on a flat surface. Then flip over or replace depending on what kind of edge you run.

    Don't watch the edges so much as the bottom of the hinge pin. When it gets close to the ground it's time to change the edges, regardless of how much or little is actually left on them.

    Yea there is about inch and half left on it when you look from the back, I just want to wait as long as possible as they are about 370 for a set.
