whelen vertex vrs. 90wat strobe hidaways

    Has anybody do a side by side comparison of them ?


    Are the flashes close to the same rate ?

    yes there very very close to the same flash rate

    Close to the same but I'd have to go with the Vertex. More punch through in bad weather/fog etc...

    The sound off hide a way led's I replaced my strobes with are brighter at night than the strobes were. I can't tell you about the Whelens though.

    I have done side by side demo's for some of our customers, and the Vertex's are definitely brighter. Add that to the fact that they have 25 patterns and a 5 year warranty, they are hard to beat.
