    Which is the better led beacon?? Also where can I buy clear domes for these? I found some on ebay for the L31s but none for L32s....

    it is like comparing a small apple to a big apple depends on what you like

    just and fyi if you put a clear dome on an amber version it will loose some of its ratings and acceptances from SAE anfd the like. that what i was told by whelen. thats why you cant order it with a clear dome from the factory

    yah I know that about the clear domes...

    does the L32 still put out a good amount of light??

    since your on here now tho have you seen both in action? I want to go with something low profile but yet a high output of light....which would you go with??

    I have only seen the big boy. It is very bright, but very expensive. What are you using it for? I'm beat and heading to bed, so I'll be on in the morning.

    plowing, occasional use throughout the year (do landscaping + emergency tree work)...prob just go with two L32s with clear lenses and call it a day.
