I have a 2009 F350 with steel rims and chrome covers and 305/65/18 BFG AT's. The wheel weights keep falling off and Ford is replacing the rims because they said they may be warped? I don't think they are warped, but we will see. Just wondering if anyone has had a similar problem.

    Thanks

Why wouldn't they just use tape weights?

I have only heard of this happening a handful of times and never more than nce on the same vehicle.

heavy amounts of weight need to be split up (inside...outside) otherwise could throw it. Make sure truck weights are used and NOTcar weights . Otherwise you could throw it. I seriously doubt the the rim is warped... bent maybe... which then can be fixed easily. lead weights are much better than stick-ons.
