This is the first winter working for someone other than myself. Anyway, the main truck I drive is a Dodge 2500 with an 8' Fisher Minute Mount. Notice anything wrong with the plow?

Trip springs might help. Something looks off with the angle cylinder as well but it may just be the way I'm looking at it. Is it a MM1?

Looks like it needs a cutting edge also. Looks like shoe mounts are dragging in the snow.

That's true! The plow needs a new cutting edge, shoes in case of being needed, and it's missing two out of four trip springs. I keep speaking up, but they say it'll work out until next year. I know better.

The whole trip edge is gone. He's plowing on the mold board.

there are allot of companies that don't maintain there stuff.very frustrating but it is what it is.I help some companies maintain there gear and when you tell them what they need instead of buying the parts they tell us to make it work.

Front photo. It trips. They know what's wrong but they say they'll be replacing that truck next year.

Is the Dodge in the same condition as the plow?
