I have an 8' MM I HD that I am interested in selling but im not sure what is worth. It is an insta-act and has been converted to a three plug set up. I originally paid $1000 for it and have since almost completely rebuilt it.

It has the following new parts:

    All New Pins
    New 'A' Frame
    New Motor
    New Hydro Lines
Fresh Paint: Totally disassembled, stripped, primed and two coats of rustoleum all over
    Good cutting edge

Problems: Two dents on mold board, Old stlye headlights

It is probably still worth 1000. Not much more because of the age and the time of season...looks good though

Blade only I would say in the ballpark of $1500. Before you rebuilt it, it would bring less than $1000 around here. I recently saw a 8' mm1 with all the truckside equiptment sell for $900 but it was rusty as yours was before you rebuilt it.

I am just saying what it would bring around her in CT .. I just bought a two year old MM2 8 ' complete setup for 2000.00. in mint condition not even a 1/2 inch wear on factor edge..

id upgrade and take what you can for the mm1
id say between 1200-1500 for your plow is reasonable since its almost brand new
