whats a good vee for a ford

    what is a good vee plow for a 1996-2001 ford f-350 with 7.3 diesel crew cab and single rear wheel and 8ft box. Also what is better for the truck a hopper or tailgate spreader. Also should i get a back rack with lights on it. i will be doing residental and some commercial and plowing roads on lakes here in minnesota. (i will be doing lakes every weekend that i can drive out on)

    Search plow choices on the forum. Use the search function on the blue line above. It's so 6 of one 1/2 dozen of the other. The big thing is who close to you has service and parts for the plow? Hopper vers tail gate? Can you get bulk salt (hopper) loaded into the spreader? Or do you want to manually load 10 bags each time (tailgate) you salt something?
    Do you have the knowledge,tools and skill to keep stuff running?
