    I have a buddy tryin to sell a mount of a 98 chev 2500 guessing an rt1? will the mounts swap over to a 2000 chev 2500 non hd?

    Both body styles were produced in 2000 so model year isn't definitive. But as long as both trucks are the same body style the mount will interchange.

    RT1 was conventional mount (behind the bumper permanent). Sure it's not RT2?

    not for sure. the 2000 is the newer body style

    Then the mount from the '98 won't fit. :salute:
