I have been plowing for 4 years now and made some money with a snowbear plow! (14 acounts) and growing! Should i invest in a bigger plow even though the past 2 winters have been slow? Or keep my snowbear and plow my own drive and thats it? Its a gamble isn't it!!!!

Welcome to the world of snowplowing. Every year is a big gamble on what to do. Is it gonna snow or not, do I add equipment or not, why won't the commercial property owners sign seasonal contracts? It is always a gamble, but I say why not grow as big as you can handle and as long as your making a profit you can live with on each job.
