I have posted before that I have a 6.5ft speedcast off a 95 Wrangler I am looking to put on a 91. Previous owner did not give the lower push plates. So I have seen a few online of what people welded and fabbed for their plows. I found one I like using L channel. What thickness should I use for this?

1/4" should work fine for a 6.5' plow on a light vehicle if you build and weld it right.
