what plow

    can some one help me find out what plow this is the # starts with 25D and it is 8' long

    My guess (based on the first picture) would be that he is looking for a part number for a new Lexan mold board.
    Ouch!!

    I'm guessing a cutting edge too, that's about what mine looked like when it had about a 1/4" left on it.

    You should consider bushings in the lift system also. The blade will react quicker, have more down pressure, and scrape better,

    Hi Kingcat,
    I have been trying to get info on the mount needed to put the series 25 plow Which I also have, on the 1997 or so Chevy Truck like yours. When you take that unit apart for service I'd really appreciate a couple of pictures, model number, or anything you could provide to help me out. Thanks, Dave

    You need mount number 991000067 and a 991003001 nosepiece

    I found new moldboards for the same blade on Ebay for $65

    Beware of aftermarket "Lexan," all polycarbonates are not the same. Not saying you can't get a good price but research the source>

    The ones I got worked great on 2 different blades all winter.

    I'm not saying ignore the aftermarket but like all "knock-off" or aftermarket parts scrutiny is required.
