New to plowing just picked up a 1997 f350 powerstroke dump. It came with an old 9' curtis plow that is pretty beat. i will be plowing for the city i live in and possibly 2 commercial properties. I wanted to replace the old curtis plow with a 9' mm1 that i could probably get for around 2k with all the truck side stuff. But then i came across the Everest RL series that looked more heavy duty then a fisher and i see municipals running them so i thought it would be great for what i will be dong. i found what looks to be an older Everest plow setup with an 8 foot fisher blade with a monarch pump for 1200. is this a good deal for that with all the truck side and 8 foot blade? are monarch pumps any good? will that setup coming off a 99 f250 fit on my truck? or should i just stick with fisher? Sorry for the long post. pics of Everest setup below.

Thats a mean plow, but its too narrow for your dump and i doubt the city would put you on with an 8'
