What is the big deal with...

    I just don't get it what is the big deal with drilling a hole in the mold board? That seems to be the big deal with the prowings, personally I wouldn't want to put all the side pressure on the ribs, that is not what they are intended to do. The hole in the mold board is like a molly bolt, holds back the pressure with the whole plow, not just a rib.

    any thoughts on this?

    I agree with you on this one. The only exception might be on a poly plow. I wouldn't try that myself.
