You transfer case to trans bolt pattern should be a large oval bolt circle, with 8 bolts. This would mean you have a 10 spline male input shaft on your transfer case. You would need a special adapter to bolt it up to a TH350.Advance adapters will have what you want. www.adavanceadapters.com You will need to mod both driveshafts as well.

You might be better off finding a complete trans, transfer case, and driveshafts from a donor or wrecked truck.

If going with a TH350,you need a 27 spline male input NP205,with the larger 8 bolt pattern

If going with a TH400 (better option),you need a 32 spline female input NP205,also with the larger 8 bolt pattern.
