I'll go first. Replaced 5 Meyer hoses, 2 C valve and solenoids, 1 B valve, 2 couplers, 1 E-60 motor, 2 markers, broke a cutting edge. Lost the motor on a Blizzard. Broke the gear box on one of my v-box spreaders. Twisted a Fisher push beam and broke a cylinder in two pieces and one hose. Lost first gear in a dodge 3/4 ton, ripped off the exhaust and had 1 u-joint go bad. Broke 4 Super Duty leaf springs. Still going over the trucks so i'm sure this ain't it. Lets hear from the rest of you.

Well for me it was a busted aluminum wheel thanks to a hidden drain culvert: :dizzy: $700

Bent and dented rear bumper thanks to one of those yellow concrete filled steel posts::rolleyes: $500

So much for the plow profits this year:cry:

Guess it could have been worse

Wow you have a lot of equipment. We've had a really great winter for our location, done a lot of pushing and salting... Its been GREAT!!!!!! and normally I break something every storm so far this year I haven't really broke anything major- rammed a stack from a previous storm on Tuesday the 13th, thought the stack was still loose- nope it was frozen! Blew a hydraulic fitting into pieces... cost $92 and 3 hrs of downtime. Other than that no downtime... I did break the cutting edge on both ends of the blade but still usable. Ripped the rubber edges off of both Pro-Wings (just pulled off of the bolt heads, this is the 2nd season on them)...

One 8' straight fisher needed welding on A-frame at center pin.
    brake line blow.
And we happened to find an old crack in a truck frame while changing the brake line., got that fixed up, but from looking at that it was a really old crack

Glad to see a lot of you guys didnt tear up much. I know what you mean about your sleep cycle being broke. We didnt go in the hole on repairs but it sure didnt help the profit margin. $2.45 a gallon really sucks to:gunsfiring: .
