What are some best practices for safety-related training pre-season?

    Do you possibly have/provide:
    • Personal protective equipment
    • First aid for your snow crew
    • Hauling and Dumping Safety

Please share some of the ideas, techniques, plans you practice related to safety training before the season starts.

We have small first aide kits in our trucks which have the basics in them. Our trucks have back up alarms (which residentials love at 3am), we have a no reverse policy during the day for commercial accounts (unless there's absolutely no one around), way too many close calls from typical people who off in their own little world driving. I'd be interested what others have to say too.
