I have a Western Uni-mount plow on a 1999 Dodge 3500. The problem I have is even with the key off, I have constant power to all the running lights. I can disconnect the power feed to the relay and the power goes out. I have replaced every relay and still no change. I've pulled the entire plow harness apart and cannot see any problems. I even cut the brown and gray wire that splices into the parking light front drivers corner and when not connected there are no running lights either. Any help would be appreciated! Also this is a hydraulic plow if that makes a difference. It was a former municipality truck. Thanks
