its probably froze up! get it inside to some heat or pull the motor and check the filter for ice.

It has been sitting inside for about 36 hours. We thought the same thing but after 36 hours still same problem.

Was this problem all of a sudden. Or has it been gradually getting worse now to the point of not working at all.

Just because its been sitting inside doesn't mean the ice would have melted. Take it apart and visually inspect the filter. The smallest amount of ice inside could slow it down and or stop it all together. Good luck.

Have you pulled the resevoir and looked inside? I have had the pickup tubes fall out and cause the same issue. There is a kit from western that has a new pickup tube and a retainer that bolts to the pump assembly to hold it in. Since that install, never had a problem.
