Anyone know how to adjust the drop speed on the Ultra Mount. Im not sure what to adjust to slow the hydraulics for the drop.

Do you have the manual that came with the plow? I believe it has instructions on how to adjust it.

standing in front of the truck looking at the plow on the right hand side of the motor there is a straight blade screw adjustment. turning it in will slow the drop speed.

I had to do the same to my MVP plus. Got it home from the dealer and the thing dropped like a rock. I don't know why the dealer doesn't adjust it to decent "level," but now I have it where I want it (i.e. not taking divets out of my driveway).
