    Motor Rotation

If you were to look at the drive end of the motor and hook it up to the battery the shaft would turn "clockwise". Both Fisher and Western turn the same. John

KEEFE....Checked my spare motors ...each turn
clockwise. I wonder if they turn CCW to lower
plow? Not sure..anybody know? Maybe somebody
rebuilt your motor wrong or something is messed
up with your wiring.....Good luck !..........geo

try looking at the power cables. If the power and ground are backwards where they plug together the motor will run backwards. A telltale sign is usually the motor will stay running until you unplug the power cable. Sometimes from the vendor the plug ends are molded on backwards. I have personally seen this a few times. Good luck
