I know that a Pro has extra reinforcements, springs, and a shock, but what else is different from a standard?

I found a used Pro and I am wondering if it will fit my truck which is currently setup for a standard and which parts may interchange. Both are mid-90's models, 7.5 and straight.

I have not seen it yet, but if it is as nice as he claims, I cannot pass it up for the money.

    SS.....Are the plows a ultra-mount, uni-mount, or hard
    mounts ?

If they are both uni or ultra.......I don't see why either
wouldn't hook up to your existing push bar.

I have seen a std. and a pro ultra side by side.
Push bar hookups seem identical to me.
Only diff. is the extra goodies on the pro.......

Best bet is to call a dealer...............geo

Pro plows also have taller moldboards. Allows to push more snow at once. Otherwise the same. (plus the stuff already mentioned). The only way they won't fit the mount is like sonjaab said, if it is the hard mount. The I believe the A frames are different sizes.
