Is the plow new or used? If it's new turn around and take it back to the dealer. If it's used it could be controller, relay, bad valve, or bad plow or truck side wiring. Need a little more information.

The plow is used and we have checked all the valves. Every other mode works with the controller and all other functions work flawlessly, it just wont go into straight mode?? Are there fuses that should be checked in the controller?

There are two fuses in the controller. We had a controller that wouldn't do anything, and it turned out the both fuses were blown. Changed them and everything was OK. That doesn't seem to be your problem, but check them anyway. If the fuses are OK, and everything on the plow checks out. It's probably a bad circuit board. Keep us posted.
