    Hey Folks,

New to site, having an issue and no time to for it to sit at a shop.

2010 MVP 9.5 Wester. Handheld Controller. Fluids changed twice annually.

Over the last two days (Temperatures went from -9 -->+9 -->-9 with rain and snow in between)

The pump is internmittently running when no controls are pressed. Consumes electrical.... I have dual batteries and a 270 amp alternator so it can go forever...

The question is why/what is cuasing the pump to do this. It seems to angle, Vee, scoop up and down even with the pump running. The fluid is heated so going to change that today.

    Any input?

sounds like the solenoid has gone bad the contacts are welded together.

Its located on the motor, follow the red battery wire to it.

Thanks all. Replaced the solenoid. Its only -14 (-26 with wind) so seemed like a good day to work outside.

The fluid was fresh in the fall by smelled a tad burnt. Drained and replace all that as well.

    Fingers crossed :)
