My first year I ran a LSX on a Dodge 1500. I did mainly residential driveways and a few smaller commercial accounts. My commercial accts were like the size of a daycare center or bank. I had no problems but you have to be carefull with sidewalks... That plow is not going to take the pounding like the pro plow will. That winter we had a few snow falls that were 5-6 inches and the truck and plow worked fine.

I guess it depends on how big the lots are and how much snow you need to push. I would be alittle leary if you are going after big lots and need to push deep heavy snow.
