Western hts with custom extensions

    had a buddy weld me up some extentions, didn't really need wings just wanted a wider blade for my bigger driveways. took about 4 hours to do they work awsome

    It looks nice but I don't think they will hold up very well in the long run. Regular residential plowing they will probably be fine.

    How wide is it now?

    Over 9' you need a permit in most states.

    U mean that bagdrag thing that you can put on the backside of the plow.. Nope never used one and from what i heard they dont scrape that good?? Idk what do you think... I made it to 8-"6 now. They work fine i plowed all day yesterday with them. I just plow residental all high end driveways no curbs, manholes or any other ******** like that. They seem pretty durable, guess ill find out lol.

    Ik its only a western hts. Its not made for ramming and heavyduty use. But for driveways it works great. I bought the plow new this year and im already welding onto it lol.. Ill keep ya guys posted. They cost me 100$ to make

    I would have made them a few inches wider and winged them in... you still would get the 8' 6" plow you have now but could carry a little more snow...

    she plows like a D8 Dozer it works great I plowed 2 inches of ice today with it for a hour or 2

    I would think that you're going to have to definitely plow with the storm with that plow. Since there are only two trip springs it's already prone to trip pretty easily compared to other, heavier plows. But now that you've made it even wider, it may trip really easily. It looks good and I hope it works well for you though.
