western conventional wont hold blade angle

    you can plow with it to the right or left but it wants to straighten out. You can also push the blade when its in the air by hand. Worked on it for couple hours and still the same im lost and need some input. THANKS

    sounds like you have air in the system or the relief valve could be giving you trouble

    Did you check the fluid level??

    Is this a cable unit??

    whats the best way to purge the air out

    If you already change the fluid drain the rams, fill the fluid to the proper level, and you then lift the plow up, then that how you got air in the system.. That is a mistake a lot of people do..After drain the fluid and the rams, and fill the fluid to level..DO NOT RAISE THE PLOW.. With the ram fully in the down position, swing the plow to the left, wait 60sec, then swing it to the right, wait 60sec. do this a couple of times..straighten the plow out, check the fluid level, then RAISE the plow and angle right and left then down..

    changed fluid and purged the air out. didnt help any others thing to do?

    Did you adjust the cables like it said in the PDF?

    Sounds like the "cushion valve" might be the problem
