    unimount? ultramount? conventional?

http://www.westernplows.com/wp/parts_service/ mechanics service manual has a flowchart for fixing stuff. sounds like a valve issue if there is no leaks

No matter what kind of plow it is if it angles on its own, when pushing snow, with no leaks it is a problem with one of the crossover relief valves.
