we have had this for past two years and were going to get it on a smaller truck but we had to go bigger trucks and not smaller like we had thought

It has never plowed snow and once I get the pics up you will see all it has on it is dust since it has been a yard ornament

all i have right now is regular pictures so when I get a chance to scan them later today I will try to get them posted

I was thinking 3500 but open since I do not have the truck side stuff for this anymore......dont ask ....ex employee took it this past summer since i guess he needed the mount and wiring plus controller....oh well

Equipment Specialists have this exact same plow brand new, with wiring, truckside mount, controller, and warranty for 3,738.00 You're WAY HIGH as far as I'm concerned. I would be interested, in this plow, but not for anywhere near what you're asking.

Here are the pictures of TopDog's plow. He e-mailed them to me last night. He was having trouple uploading them here and asked me if I'd do it for him. I'm considering buying this plow from him if the price is right, but I'd like to know if you guys can tell from looking at the pictures what is missing, and what I'd need to buy in order to make this work on my truck? Mount, wiring harness, controller? I know the wiring harness and controller are missing, but I'm unsure what else I might have to buy. If anybody can tell, please let me know, and what you think it might cost me. I would ask him directly, but in his e-mail to me he said he'd be unavailable until Monday, and I'd rather not wait that long if possible. Thanks in advance for any help you guys can give me.

I also see that the lights are the old style, does anyone know what it would cost to the new double-post Nighthawk lights?

cpw has nighthawks listed right at 208.36 u need a mount for your truck. mine was 440 for a my ford. u need light adapters. u need all the wiring which includes solenoid, controller, isolation module and thats about it
    500/mount depending on vehicle
wiring including iso module 250-350 the lights work id keep em! i wouldnt pay more than 2k for the blade. you'll need another 8-9 hundred in it to get her going. if u buy it make sure u get the "ultramount" mount! good luck!

Thanks a lot Suzuki702. So you're saying all I should need is mount, the wiring which includes solenoid, controller, isolation module and thats about it? And that's if I leave the existing lights on the light tower alone and not change them?

Those prices do not include installation!!
I am not trying to say you wouldnt be able to do however if you cant tell what you would need for your truck side I would suggest having it professionally installed.

I think truck side only install around here in iowa goes for around $400.

I bought that same plow but a 2008 poly and it came with the new style lights for around $4,100, I had the truck equipment dealership do the truck side and I put the plow together(took Like 2 hours total) But thats what I got for $4,100 and it came with 2 year warranty. Food for thought

    Seller.....

Do you run other western straight blades? If you do keep it as a back up

No, I had already been thinking to myself "another 3-4 hundred for install", because I'm definitely not going to try it myself. So, unless I can get the blade for a very good price I'm just going to have to walk away, because I can buy a brand new Snowdogg 7-6 medium duty for 2730, add another 400 for install and I'm just over 3,100 for a brand new plow w/warranty.

Here in Jersey that truckside setup pictured would go for about $1200 to $1400 taking into consideration that it is in new shape but also taking into consideration that it is a Midweight plow.

    Hope this helps...
