So I finally decided to go with the Snowdogg VX95 from ESI. Even though I have heard a lot of people complain about some electrical problems with the plow I am hoping that Im not plagued with the same. The features and price were just to hard to pass up! I will be installing the blade myself to get a better understanding of it. I will keep all of you updated on the install process and how she holds up!

You will like it. The issue on mine should be fixed soon enough and it only has happened to a low number of units. I talked to Jim about getting another one for my next truck already.

Hey I see your from Omaha. Im across the river just south of Council Bluffs. I bought the same plow. I have Boss and Blizzards both and would put the Snow Dogg up against both. Not only the price, but the trip edge is very nice. Also locking cyclinders and a snow deflector included in the price. Where did u buy it from? I installed mine myself and it wasnt bad. The light harnass directions suck. But there is a very helpful tec line for help.

I got it from Chris at Equipment Specialist. Its being shipped here from VA i believe? Only 3990.00! The dealer here wanted 5800.00 plus tax and still would have had to have it shipped in.

Guessing that being shipped it will take 4 days to get to him. With the holidays I'm guessing Tuesday he'll have it.

    new vx95

I just purchased a VX95 which I installed on a 04 Dodge 2500 HD w/5.7 Hemi. This is the 4th plow I have owned and the first V plow. I am very impressed with the quality of the plow.So far I have no problems to report. Great plow with a great price.
