Weight In Pickup Bed?

    Hi guys,I have a 99 Ford F-350 with a Fisher EZ-V 8.6 plow,how much weight should I put in the bed of the truck?Thankyou for the help,BASIC.

    figure half the weight of the plow so if the plow weighs roughly 800 put in around 400

    In all of our light duty plow trucks (1 ton) we put 600-900#. But we keep it in front of the rear axle.
