Want a good Project.

    Didnt know where to put this but i want a good project truck. daily driver plow truck and it will tow a trailer. what is a good truck. preffirablly a model no earlier then 1990

    How bout a 79 F-350 with a cummins under the hood? or a Detriot. now that would be a head turner

    A little to much work for a plow truck. When you put a cummins in one of these old trucks you really should change the trans/tcase and both axles because those old trucks don't like to hold up to the tq of a diesel.

    Just googles a 79seems pretty sweet.if I got a cummins I would have to replace the other stuff mentioned would just getting a diner car and swig hong all of that stuff work? A cummins would be great also there is a factory right next to my town about an hour away.

    If you would to do something like that you would definaltly want a dodge truck to get all the parts off of.

    They did that on that show TRUCKS on spike, made a crew cab long bed dually out of a dodge cummins and A 79 F-350. Sweet fricking truck.
