vplow to heavy for chevy

    need input was wondering if fisher 8.6 v-blade is to heavy for my 2005 chevy duramax 2500 hd have heard conflicting answers want to be able to go 40 miles up country road to snowmobile camp to plow and dont want truck bottomed out all the time dealer mentioned aftermarket rubber stops for front end but dont know if after turning up torsion bars if still bottomed out ?

    Buddy had an 8.5 V on his dmax last year. plowed the crap out of it w/ no problems that he mentioned. install Timbrens if youre unsure

    I ran a 9.5 just fine on my reg cab. RUN PROPER BALLAST! Thats the key!
