I`m new to plowing and have a 96 ram with a Fisher. Just wondering how much harder is it to see what your doing with a lifted truck ? I know the markers help, but is it still a little more difficult?

I have a 96 ford F-350 thats lifted,i have big plow markers tht seem to help, The only real problem is that i can't see the blade tripping. Other than that no real bigg problems.

I know people do it but I like being closer to my work in a standard height truck

Also watch your angle of attack and make surre the A frame is level off the ground to avoid excessive tripping.

I prefer the height of my 1/2 ton for plowing compared to my 1 ton.

    Don't know why, just do,
