During the shortage I was forced to spread sand/salt for a time and it was quite wet. I figured a vibrator might help in the future.

Has anyone used the Marathon brand vibrator listed on ebay?

How does it compare to say, the Buyers brand?

Does anyone have first hand experience with either? Opinions on Quality? Local dealer wants over $400 for the Buyers kit, which comes with switch and wiring I don't really need... it is quite a bit more money than the Marathon.

We have the stock buyers vibrators on two spreaders and a marathon on a UTG. The buyers we have been using for 3 seasons with no issues. The marathon has only been used for half a season so far but still no issues. Now the marathon is a 250lb, which may have been a bit of overkill for the UTG.
