See where your fleet are now and where they have been with this free app from the Android market. Using a network connected Android phone or tablet connect real time to automatically send coordinates and when desired send camera image back to the server.

The dispatcher's view is located at andsnow.com/tracks. View the last 50 locations of all of your friends/fleet.
Search for 'AndSnow Tracks' on the Android Market to download this free app to your phone or tablet.

    AndSnow Tracks

If you are asking 'how do you track your friends/fleet with the application?':

    1. You download the Android app for your phone, and register through the app (alternately you could register through the web map app but your starting coordinates will be 0,0)
    2. Using the web app invite friends/fleet drivers to use the app (the system will send them an email on your behalf).
    3. Once they've registered they can search for your user name in the web app and request you as a friend.
    4. You respond Yes or no to a new friend request in the web map app. Friends can see your location and you can see theirs. You can also click a latest location on the map and see the last 20 kilometers or 12 miles of travel.

As long as they are running the 'AndSnow Tracks' application on their phone their position will be updated every 400 meters or 5 minutes (which ever comes first).
Theoretically you could simultaneously view the web map app on your phone's browser, where all locations are being sent.

Recommending a move from AndSnow Tracks to "Real Time GPS Tracker"

We bow to and applaud the efforts in low/no cost vehicle tracking created by the good folks at GreenAlp.com.
See an example of output from their app at http://andsnow.com/pages/blog (post: Those who embrace change always survive) use for free for up to 5 units.

With the proper configuration this app can be switched on remotely (by the boss) as needed to establish a driver's current location while reducing a constant drain on the phone's battery to power the GPS processor.

This application complements our AndSnow application used for route guidance.

Can you print out a report of locations and times for a given period?

It appears that the paid account (~$3.75 / month per device) allows for querying between date/times and downloading a gpx track file. For those unfamiliar with what a track file is, it is a GPS human readable text format of coordinates and times.
It wouldn't be too difficult to convert this output with code to time/distance reports per device.
