IMO- that truck should be about $8-9K less than they are asking. The truck is not a diesel, has somewhat high miles, and looks like it's definitely not been pampered.

I'd offer them $15K and go from there, but for $25K you can get a 06 2500HD with the DMax with about the same miles, in an LT or SLT trim, that hasn't been worked as hard.

I just saw today an 2005 chevy 2500hd plow prep, duramax diesel, 47,000 miles for sale at the dealer listed for $24,500. Looks to be in great shape and everything. That price they are asking is ridiculous.

My truck seems to be in better shape and it is a 2001. Mine has about 90,000 and it is 5 years older. Even if it is a 2006 it looks stripped, and the plow seems like it has seen better days. Granted I would love a vee plow but it seems like that ones days are numbered without some TLC.
