I have a chance to get a mildly used Unimount MVP for my personal driveway and a few other dirves I do.

    1) What locations on the plow side do I need to look for for wear, cracks, etc besides the center pivot pin?

    2) What sort of wear do I need to look for around the trip edge area?

    Thanks,

    MLG

I wouldn't worry about it. There's nothing hidden that you won't see. Edges and centerflap. My only concern on a used MVP would be to be sure the A frame isn't bent. It's best if it can be tested on a truck so you can be sure it sits flat in all directions. Make sure the edges are worn pretty evenly as well.

Thanks for the info. I ended up buying it. Let you know how it goes when I get it installed.
