I see a broken pin in the plow side connector. Can I jump around this?

Swapped a harness from another plow. Problem solved. Does anyone have the part number for the 9 pin plow side harness?

Why not just get the repair harness. It's cheaper and quicker to do

yea, 61438 is if you want to replace the whole harness all the way up in the lights. the better way to do it would be to get a 49317 repair end, which will be about half the price, and you'll get the new plug, new wires to the coils, and you'll splice the one's going up to the lights just before they 'Y' off to each light.
