How long will it take to install a mount on a 3/4 ton Chevy? Any hints or suggestions, specific tools that would be helpful? Do you need the outside brackets that attaches with a 3 bolt triangle pattern toward the top?

    Thanks in advance?

Well I could do it under an hour as a western plow installer with special tools. But the avarage person can do it under 3 hours with common tools. Just make sure you have sharp drill bits. Yes you do need to attach the rear cross brace. Just make sure you hand tighten everything until its all completely installed then torque it down. The loosenest is needed to get everything lined up. All older trucks are a ***** to install mounts on becauses the frames twist over time.
