Need some advice on this one. New truck side wiring complete last year. New lights and complete harness this year. When selecting a function all 4 parking lights come on and motor runs but plow does not perform any function. Tried controller swap, nothing. New solenoid, new cushion valves, cartridge checks on all 3, fresh fluid, filter not clogged.....any thoughts?

Something in the wiring. If I remember correctly with unimount wiring, the headlight harness is separate from the control harness.....lights shouldn't come on unless activated by the truck light switch.

Sorry, didn't completely comprehend. The lights and controls are sperate. Is the harness from western for your truck? From western modified for your truck? Or plugs from western wired custom? Didn't say what truck, are you using an isolation module?

Does it do it when you press down?
Does it do when the plow is not hooked up and your activating the clicker?

Motor only runs when when selected function is chosen on controller. Truck is a 95 chevy k2500 non drl. Harness for both truck and plow side were bought from western dealer complete. No splicing. Both headlight relays were replaced too
If you unplug plow truck lights operate correct and you can hear solenoid click when you select functions. When plow is hooked up nothing occurs when you press down besides the green float light coming on nothing else happens.

Yep, then blk/org at the pump, going to the coils under the cover.

Need to test light the coils to see if your actually getting signal to them while operating the function.

Quick heads up, disconnect the pos at the motor and "insulate" it so it don't touch ground while preforming these tests. It'll also alow you to test light for awhile without the pump running
