unimount blows manifold o-rings

    keeps blowing 3 O-rings between manifold and pump housing.

    Wrong o-rings, manifold bolts stripped / stretching, pressure relief valve set way too high or deformities on the faces of the two metal parts where seals go.

    Blew them out afew weeks ago, both surfaces are in good shape, actually seems to be building pressure in reservoir.

    Would need to b a lot of pressure in res to blow those seals. They r designed to handle 2000 psi +. That kind of psr would have leaked out through the motor seal and base gasket. When the pump turns there is up to 1500 psi pushed through those seals. Look again, and replace the seals with OEM seals not something from a universal o-ring kit. Too big or too small, cross section or diameter will make it leak. Do it right, do it once.
