Ok, this is probably a stupid question...

But I'm finishing up the ultra mount install on my f350 and it has the bolts with the welded arm on them so you can reach down inside the frame from the front... So how do I break that arm off? I tried torquing the heck out of the bolt with my impact gun to no avail.... What am I missing here?

Use a cutoff wheel, air saw, torch, etc. to cut off whatever portion sticks out of the frame rail, after you've tightened the nut. You just leave the rest.

Or bend them over into a "U" shape and leave them in the frame channel.
