hey I had the exact same problem. On the drivers side of the motor take the cover off and I would bet the green wire on the farthest back relay has fallen off...This is what was wrong with mine...

ok guys. Had a chance to look at it today and this is what I found. I'm only getting power to the s3 coil. Can I jump a wire between pins under the dash to veify if it is the handheld controler? Also my pump only has s2,s3,s4 coil. Is that right or am I missing something.

    Thanks
    James

Can not tell if you have a straight blade...........Here is a 'mechanic's guilde" ultra straight.. This has a trouble shooting guide

Yes you are correct..But in the diagram it call S1, S2, and S3. Close to the motor is S1. the middle is S2, then S3

    twinman,
Thanks for the info. I ran a bench test on the controller and #5 pin is dead. Going to pick up new controller tomorow. That should fix it according to the schematic.

    Thanks,
    James

You can replace just the board, cheaper than the whole controller.

Here is the part numbers for the hand held control

    HC.jpg

Almost $176.00 for the PCB assembly. Wow..Hope it gold plated..Maybe the wire is broken, then just buy the harness (only $31.00). Or maybe the solder joint might be loose, and you can re-solder the connection?? Try to repair first??

I got the prices from Angelo's supply http://www.angelos-supplies.com Just put the part number in the search box
